I am Joining the Biggest Loser

‪#‎Swimsuit‬ season is just around the corner and if you're like most you need motivation to help you do what you already know you need to do in order to feel more comfortable exposing some skin this summer.
Here's your solution!! For the month of April join The Biggest Loser - April 2016 ‪#‎Challenge‬!! It's only a month long commitment which will reap great rewards. You'll be in company of others that share your same goal. This challenge has the potential to continue on a monthly basis. If there's interest a new challenge will be created every month.
Starting April 1 the challenge will begin and you'll be placed in a group with others. You must submit your starting weight by April 1st. As a team you will support each other to ensure your team is the biggest loser for the week and ultimately the grand prize BIGGEST LOSER for April 2016!!

It is Hard to Stay Fit



On one of the workouts I was doing yesterday they stated that 70% of people who start a workout program quit and only 30% continue through the end of the program.
With it being January and many people started new workout programs or joined gyms it may be a good idea to make a post about struggling to stay motivated.
When I am doing a workout program or trying to eat right. Usually a few weeks into the program my husbands brings home pizza for lunch or buys donuts for the morning and I struggle to watch him and the girls eat that as I stay on my meal plan.
Its hard sometimes but I have to stay motivated and be able to discipline myself, otherwise I will defeat my purpose in getting healthy.
