On one of the workouts I was doing yesterday they stated that 70% of people who start a workout program quit and only 30% continue through the end of the program.
With it being January and many people started new workout programs or joined gyms it may be a good idea to make a post about struggling to stay motivated.
When I am doing a workout program or trying to eat right. Usually a few weeks into the program my husbands brings home pizza for lunch or buys donuts for the morning and I struggle to watch him and the girls eat that as I stay on my meal plan.
Its hard sometimes but I have to stay motivated and be able to discipline myself, otherwise I will defeat my purpose in getting healthy.
