Dont get confussed, Be informed

THIS DRIVES ME CRAZY!!!
No wonder people are so confused what's healthy and what's not!

Food companies are tricking you with their marketing. Big signs that talk about the sugar coming from the fruit, clearly saying no added sugar on the bottle, but then having 55 GRAMS OF SUGAR!?!!? 

Let me make this clear:
There are 39g of sugar in a SODA.
There are 19g of sugar in a TWINKIE.
And 55g of sugar in this "fruit juice" that many people believe are healthy!!

If you read the ingredients, there are no "fruits" in here. It is apple JUICE, banana PUREE, blueberry PUREE, etc. Juices and puree are concentrated fruits, which is basically just getting all the sugars from fruits without any nutritional value.
